Know Thyself- A workshop on Psychometric Assessments
MD & CEO Swarnalatha Iyer will be facilitating a workshop on the nuances of Psychometric Assessments, for the L&D Global Bangalore Chapter meet on the 27th of October.
This workshop is open for members of the L&D Global Forum, and to non-members who are professionals in the Learning & Development industry, professional counsellors, psychologists, and students of psychology/ counselling. The workshop will provide insights into the usage, impact, and applications of psychometric assessments, along with a deep understanding of the ethical, moral and social responsibilities that come with it.

Eligibility
Minimum qualification: Undergraduate degree, with at least one paper in Psychology
Course Duration
45 hours (as per UGC guidelines)
Starting from 10th March 2018 – classes will be conducted on Saturdays (2pm- 5pm), Sundays(10am- 1pm) and select Public Holidays.
